Due to safety regulations and product nature, we cannot accept returns on ammunition, reloading powder, primers, or any hazardous materials once they leave our facility. These items are clearly marked on product pages.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/labels
- Proof of Purchase: Original order number required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal compliance, these products cannot be returned:
- All ammunition (rifle and pistol)
- Reloading powder and black powder substitutes
- Primers and percussion caps
- Opened or used reloading components
- Special order or custom items

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
